Blaire has been playing the violin since age 6. She graduated from WSU in May of 2016 where she studied under Hai-Xin Wu, the associate concertmaster of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. In her third year at WSU, Blaire became the concertmaster of the Wayne State Symphony Orchestra. In 2014, she won the University’s annual Concerto Competition and performed her solo with the orchestra twice.

Blaire has performed around the world, most notably at Carnegie Hall in New York City. She has also performed in Germany, Belgium, and the Netherlands. In 2011, she attended the Starling-Delay Symposium on Violin Studies at Juilliard. Blaire has been teaching privately since 2012 and has performed at many weddings and events.
